All holiday shipping guidelines are for US orders. If you are located outside of the United States we encourage you to order as soon as possible for Christmas delivery.

DOMESTIC

Ground Shipping

Orders are typically processed within one business day. Delivers within 2-8 business days after taking possession of the package, depending on your proximity to our distribution center in West Valley City, UT.

2-3 Business Day Shipping

Orders take one business day to process. UPS 2-3 business day usually delivers within two-three business days after taking possession of the package. However, Hawaii and Alaska require additional transit time. We prioritize 2-3 business day orders for same day processing if placed by 11 am PST. This option does not include weekends or holidays. (Ex: A 2-3 business day order placed on a Friday before 11 am PST will ship on Friday and arrive the following Tuesday).

Next Business Day

Orders take one business day to process. UPS Next Business Day delivers within one business day after taking possession of the package. However, Hawaii and Alaska require additional transit time. We prioritize next business day orders for same day processing if placed by 11 am PST. Our overnight option does not include weekends or holidays. (Ex: An overnight order that ships on Friday will arrive the following Monday).

Yes, you can ship to an APO/FPO. However, economy shipping is the only option that can deliver to these locations.

Please be aware of extended delivery times to APO/FPO addresses.

All orders ship from our warehouse located in West Valley City, Utah. Please allow one to two business days for your order to process.

To ship items internationally, simply look for the flag at the bottom right-hand corner of the site. Click the flag icon to see all available countries we ship to and select your country from the dropdown.

Then click 'OK' to finalize your selection. The page will reload to reflect your selections.

Delivery times vary depending on the Borderfree store you are purchasing from, the shipping address on the order, and the available shipping options. At checkout, you will see an estimated delivery timeframe for each available shipping option before you submit your order.

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the Borderfree international checkout.

If you are shipping to a US address, but are using an international credit card, you can do so using PayPal. Enter the US shipping address into the billing portion in the checkout process, and then click on PayPal to complete the transaction, and use your international credit card.

Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by each country individually. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the checkout process.
